Terms and Conditions
• No Minimum order with Existing Buffet Order.
• Minimum 2 Live Stations without buffet OR 1 Live Station with No of pax catered – Double.
• Additional Charges:
o Compulsory hiring of Uniformed Chef @ ($150/chef/station) NONFESTIVE.
o Compulsory hiring of Uniformed Chef @ ($200/chef/station) FESTIVE SEASON.
o Assistant Uniformed Chef @ $120 /chef/station.
o Service Crew on Site ($100/staff/station).
• If No Buffet is order, please enquire with our consultant.
Delivery
• For Order who don’t meet the minimum -Set Up & Dismantle Fee for Live Stations is $80 ($87.20 w/ GST).
• Please allow ±30 minutes grace from the “ready time” for unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems,etc). eatz Catering Services will not be held responsible for such instances.
• For districts starting with 60,61, 62, 63, 69, 70, 71 & 72 additional surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w/ GST) applies.
• For Jurong Islands, additional surcharge of $30.00 applies.
• For deliveries to CBD districts an additional surcharge of $10.00 per delivery applies (for ERP & Parking Charges).
• For deliveries before 8:30am and after 7pm, surcharge applies. For earlier deliveries, please contact our
consultants for advice – this is subjected to availability.
Main
• Most of Live Station requires Power Supply & may not suitable for indoors.
• Full Set Disposables, Serviettes and Garbage Bag will be provided.
• Food best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery (Based on SFA Guidelines).
• Payment is strictly Cash-on-Delivery or PayNow paid beforehand before the event. Cheques should be crossed and payable to “eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd”.
• All prices are subject to prevailing GST charges: 9% GST.
